PENTA AUTO FORGE is an ISO 9001:2000 Company located at Chakan. As you are aware, Chakan is centrally located from Pune, Mumbai and Nasik. Chakan is fast developing as a forging cluster and all facilities, viz., R & D, inspection and testing will now be available centrally. Shortly, Chakan will be well connected by air route, domestic and international. Most of the multinational companies like G.M., Mercedes, Volks Wagon, JCB started their production in this area & Indian companies like Bajaj, Mahindra & Mahindra are doing their expansions in this place only.
We are engaged in manufacture of closed die forgings, and wherever the customer demand, we can also supply these forgings in fully machined conditions to suit their drawings/specification.
We have forging capacity of 1500 MT per annum. These forgings range between 1.0 kg to 08 kg per piece of carbon, stainless and alloy steels. Our forgings find their applications in numerous fields of engineering viz.. automotive, agriculture, machine building and petrochemical industries to name a few.

Die Design & Development
We, at Penta Auto Forge, design single and multi impression dies using CAD/CAM facilities for design and die development. This has enabled us to grow rapidly into one of its kind in steel forgings. We are capable of manufacturing complicated and intrinsic forgings which have closed dimensional tolerances.
